1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the ios368 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. ios368 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point and to suspend or close any Account where this requirement cannot be satisfied.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is intended primarily for players residing in Indonesia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing online gaming services is lawful in your region.

2.3 Disqualifying Circumstances

You are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on ios368 if any of the following apply:

• You are under 21 years of age.
• You are an employee, contractor, director, or close relative of an employee of ios368 or any of its technology or gaming providers.
• You have previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are located in, or a citizen of, a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the ios368 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ios368 may close all associated Accounts and may forfeit any balances pending a full review.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ios368 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to keep login credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on ios368 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits, wagers, bonus credits, and withdrawals are all processed in IDR. No multi-currency accounts are currently offered.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Verification Requirement

ios368 is obligated to verify the identity of its players as part of its compliance framework. We may request identity verification at account registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary by our compliance team.

4.2 Acceptable Documents

You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence.

• Source of funds declaration: In cases of high-value transactions, a written declaration of the source of deposited funds may be required.

4.3 Consequences of Non-Verification

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request may result in temporary account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges. ios368 reserves the right to close an Account if verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

ios368 accepts deposits via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• Digital e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing schedules are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard. Deposits are generally credited instantly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and network cond itions.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever operationally possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds. You must ensure that the bank account or e-wallet registered to your ios368 Account is held in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

ios368 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three minutes for standard requests. During periods of high volume or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals submitted outside of banking hours for certain local bank channels may be queued for the next available processing window.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Account dashboard. ios368 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided where applicable. Players with verified Accounts in good standing may apply to have standard limits reviewed.

5.5 Responsibility for Transaction Accuracy

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all deposit and withdrawal details — including account numbers, bank codes, and e-wallet identifiers — are entered correctly. ios368 cannot be held liable for funds lost due to incorrect payment details submitted by the Player. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

ios368 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spin equivalents, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major sporting events including BRI Liga 1 fixtures and the FIFA World Cup.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses) will be specified in each individual promotion's terms sheet. Players should read individual promotion terms carefully before opting in.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ios368 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following activities are considered abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account suspension:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Placing low-risk or systematically hedged bets solely to complete wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring").
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics.
• Using VPNs or other tools to misrepresent geographic location in order to access region-restricted promotions.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds not wagered within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on ios368 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. ios368 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system or human error.

7.2 Sports Betting

Pre-match and live in-play markets are available across a wide range of sporting events, including BRI Liga 1 (featuring Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United), the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures. Bet settlement follows the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of event cancellation or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.

7.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on ios368 — including those provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are those certified by the relevant game studio and may be displayed within each game's information panel.

7.4 Togel and Lottery

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by official draw outputs from the relevant source market (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau). ios368 acts as a betting interface and does not independently determine draw outcomes. Any dispute regarding a draw result must reference the official published result of the source market.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ios368 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corruption in relation to any event on which bets are offered.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ios368 staff members.
• Registering an Account on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of ios368.

The ios368 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of any ios368 trademark is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

While ios368 endeavours to maintain uninterrupted Platform availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. ios368 will not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ios368 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

11.3 Cap on Liability

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of ios368 to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Third-Party Games and Content

ios368 provides access to games supplied by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. While we conduct due diligence on all game providers, ios368 does not accept liability for technical faults, malfunctions, or errors originating within third-party game software.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by ios368

ios368 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account would expose the Company or other players to unacceptable risk.

12.2 Termination by the Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, we will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any legitimate balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any Bonus Funds held in your Account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 10, 11, and 13 — will continue to apply.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia. ios368 respects the legal framework of the Indonesian market and operates with a commitment to transparency and fair dealing in all player relationships.
